• Clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery or project completion.
• Items must be returned in their original condition (where applicable).

Refunds & Replacements

• Verified issues will be resolved with either a replacement product/service or a full refund, depending on the situation.
• Delivery fees and design consultation fees are non-refundable.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery/project information.
• StevenBra Interior Concept is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information or improper handling after delivery.
